HTML_Progress2 : The Definitive Guide

Fixed one bug, not yet found since origin (first version 2.0.0) of HTML_Progress2. Bug #13664: setLabelAttributes does not work. It can be demonstrate when using toHtml() and run(), but not the display() method. See Template example.

Implement request #12532: Add addional info to apc5 (one of Upload backend).

You have now ability to display the current filename by using %F format in any label you want, but also the estimate time left (%E), and speed limit (%S). See examples/ajax/upload/upm5_upload.php script of package distribution as implement example.
